    Please note the products are made with Raw/Unprocessed/100% Virgin Remy Human Hair, it is natural and is not manufactured, and hence no guarantee/warranty can be given. Do also note that no two products will be same. Any issues in terms of dryness/fizziness or any other issues with hair can be solved by deep conditioning. Even hair extensions made from natural hair will have bad days, just needs proper care. These are not taken into consideration for return/refund or exchange of a product/s.

    Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We assure you of doing our best to meet your requirements and expectations when shopping with us. If you are unhappy with our service by any chance, do let us know so we can resolve the same.

    For any issues regarding cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds of purchased products, please refer to our policy given below.

    Cancellation policy for India

    If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Once we ship an order or have started processing it for customization (all steamed textures come under customization), it cannot be cancelled.

    If you cancel an order within 48 hours of placing of Order

    Once  the cancellation is processed, it may take approximately 3 weeks for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card or  paypal account / orginal account.

    Shipping policy to India

    We ship from Hyderabad India,

    Once we ship an order, we will share the delivery tracking details with you and you can track delivery details in our website  Track Your Order. The order will reach based on the approximate days specified by the shipping partner. If there’s a delay in delivery, please contact the local shipping agent, additionally please do let us know too, so we can contact the partner and help you out too.

    We are not responsible for any losses caused by unsuccessful order deliveries because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or if the customer is not available at the mentioned address or any other logistical issues.

    We offer no refund or reshipping, if the order is lost by the shipping company or delivered to the wrong address or is stolen from the mail box/doorstep or if items are missing due to tampered package (in transit)

    Exchange, Returns, and Refund policy to india

    We offer 7 day exchanges on products. Mainly due to hygiene and the products are made with natural hair.

    However, due to certain issues we may consider. If you wish to  exchange any item, you will need to do so within 7 days of receipt of the order.

    For product to be eligible for exchange , they to be in original condition (With tags intact), never used and ours (there are lot of products that look similar in the market, but we know if a product is made by us or not). Used or washed products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

    Delivery and Shipping

    Your Thicklengths is always shipped from our headquarters in Hyderabad, TELAGANA, INDIA

    All orders ship the same day if placed before 1pm IST Monday-Friday. Exceptions may include: shipping errors, fraudulent warnings, holidays and weekends, or technical errors. Once your order ships, our system provides you with real-time tracking numbers with delivery confirmation.

    When shipped, orders can take several hours to update with tracking information. You will be able to track your orders 24/7 with the tracking links in your account or in your shipment notification message.

    Estimated Delivery & Updates

    Our Thicklengths system emails your order receipt as soon as your online order is complete. You may also login to your website account to view your order details. If you have not received an email please contact us immediately. Custom Orders, and other items may not be available for immediate shipment. We will notify you of product delays or back-ordered products and hold your order until all products are available. You would have the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you desire.

    We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of DHL EXPRESS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust DHL EXPRESS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.

    Undeliverable Packages, Incorrect Addresses, And Refused Deliveries

    Your order will normally be shipped via to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your DHL EXPRESS AND DHL ECOMMERCE tracking number to track your package in transit.

    Incomplete or incorrect address information are the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. DHL EXPRESS charges a service fee for address corrections. With DHL EXPRESS, it is not possible to change the shipping address after shipment, under any circumstances. You will be charged for any additional fees caused by bad address information. Perfect Locks is not responsible for stolen packages.

    Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages as SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION... meaning someone must be there to sign for the package. DHL EXPRESS will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery. We are sorry, but we do not have any way to give special delivery instructions to the DHL delivery person and any such instructions will be ignored. DHL will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

    If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by phone or email immediately. We will contact DHL EXPRESS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending DHL EXPRESS's investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
