1. What is the return/ exchange period?
As long as the hair extensions are in the same condition as they were shipped out, we accept returns/exchanges for all standard products within 7 days of your receiving the package. We don’t accept return & exchange on hair accessories & hair tools.
We strictly do not accept any requests for returns or exchanges on customized products.
However, In special conditions, we might offer an exchange.
2. How do I know if my package is qualified for a return/exchange?
We accept returns or exchange requests that are made within 7 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met:
1) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)
2) It should not be a customized product.
3) If your product is eligible for return/exchange Hair Originals will be arranging a reverse pick up and process it at the earliest.
3. How do I process my return/exchange?

4. Do I pay for the shipping of my returns/exchange?
No, Thicklengths will arrange for a reverse pick at no additional charge.
5. When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the package, the product(s) with undergo a quality check, if the returned products pass the quality check we will process the refund.
The refund will be processed in the original method of payment.
For COD customers our team will connect with you to process the refund, and the refund will be transferred through a suitable online payment gateway.
Most banks usually take 3-5 business days to process the return, however, it could take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Do also note that no two products will be same. Any issues in terms of dryness/fizziness or any other issues with hair can be solved by deep conditioning. Even hair extensions made from natural hair will have bad days, just needs proper care. These are not taken into consideration for return/refund or exchange of a product/s.

If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Once we ship an order or have started processing it for customization (all steamed textures come under customization), it cannot be cancelled.
If you cancel an order within 48 hours of placing of Order
Once the cancellation is processed, it may take approximately 3 weeks for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card or paypal account / orginal account.

If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, a transaction and handling fee of 6.5% will be deducted from the total order value.
For cancellations after 24hrs, a transaction and handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the total order value.

Exchange or Refund due to quality concerns
If by any rare unfortunate reason or circumstance, you find an issue with the quality of the product (for example: wrong texture or size or a manufacturing defect), send an email to haircare@thicklengths.com within 2 days of receiving the order.
Mention your order number in the email subject line, along with a detailed description of your concern in the body. Please do attach a picture/s or video of the package containing the shipping information and a picture or video of the product you received and what seems to be wrong with the product.
Once we receive the email, we shall look into the issue and offer you an appropriate solution.
Note:
- For exchanges, you are required to bear the shipping costs and the price difference, if any. If your exchanged product is priced lower, the differential amount will be adjusted with the exchange shipping charges or refund.
- For return of products, you are required to bear the return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 25% will also be deducted from your total order value (as shipping and handling costs charged at the time of placing your original order).
- Please note, once the product is used, it disqualifies from any consideration of returns/refund/exchange. If we agree for either returns, exchange or refund, and If we find the product to be used, damaged or not belonging to us, no refund/exchange will be considered or processed.
- When shipping the product back for the exchange or return, write down the order number and other important information (name, contact details, address) on a sheet of paper and put it along in the package.
- We undertake no repair work. Any return or refund claim done (through third party payment gateways/credit card companies) without prior notice to us will not be considered. The loss will have to be borne by the buyer. Hence, we request you to please contact us for any issues.
- Any claim of defects will have to be supported by proper evidence.
- Please be vigilant when getting the product installed. It is a known issue of products being switched during installation.
